How to access and purchase Premium Series content in V1 GOLF

Applies to: V1 GOLF users on app version 3.5.0 or greater

Solution Overview

From the Home tab, select Premium Series, then select a series from the list to find more details, including price and preview of content.

Tactical Rundown

Step 1

From the main menu select Premium Series under V1 Featured section

Step 2

Scroll the list to review the series offered. We’ll provide you with the title of the series, the creator, and summary of content.

Step 3

Select the series by clicking on the box it is in. In this view we'll also provide you with the price and detailed description of each video in the series. You can also find terms of purchase on this screen.

Step 4

To purchase the series, click on the purchase button and follow the steps to purchase through the App Store.

Step 5

Series you've purchased will now display a red check mark icon and say Purchased. You can find also find the purchased series on your home page, in the Premium Series row.

FAQs for Premium Series

Why can't I see Premium Series in my app?

Premium Series are only available in app version 3.5.0 and greater. Please update your app in your App Store or Play Store.

Can I download and save this content?

No, this content can not be downloaded. It is only available to view in app, when connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Can I view this content on a different device?

You may be able to screencast or mirror your phone screen onto a larger screen using a third party tool, but that feature is not built into the V1 GOLF app.

Do I have to buy the series through the App Store or Play Store?

Yes, at this time Premium Series are only available through the App Store or Play Store.

Do I have to have V1 GOLF+ to get a series?

No, Premium Series are available in both the free and paid app.

Can I return a series or get refunded?

No, all Premium Series purchase are final sale and are non refundable.
