How to Import Videos

We'll cover how to import videos from your phone camera roll in V1 GOLF

Applies to: V1 GOLF users on app version 3.9.1 or greater. If you're not on the most current version, we recommend you try updating your app before troubleshooting.

Solution Overview

  1. Click the camera icon

  2. Click on “Import”

  3. Access your camera roll and select the video you’d like to import

  4. Click Choose to save to your app

  5. Imported video will now appear in the "My Videos" section

Tactical Rundown

Step 1

Click the camera icon from the menu. Click Import in the bottom right corner of the camera screen.

Step 2

Access the camera roll and find the video you’d like to import. Click Choose to add it to your app. The video will open in the video viewer.

Step 3

If you’d like to add additional videos, exit the video viewer and click on Import again.

FAQs

Why can’t I access the Import tool?

Import is a feature only available to V1 GOLF+ users. You can upgrade within the app anytime by clicking an Upgrade button.

Why am I getting errors when trying to import?

This video format is not supported to import: Your video file may be in a format we’re unable to process

This video resolution or frame rate is not supported for import: Your video file may be in a resolution we cannot support

This video is too long. Please trim and import again: Your video file is too large for us to process
