On the sign in page of the app, select the Forgot Password? option. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

If you have forgotten the email you used to create your V1 TV account, please call our support team at (800) 777-7721 or email us at [email protected].

Can I use my V1 Golf credentials for my V1 TV account?
At this time, you may use the same credentials for both of your accounts. However these accounts are not linked. If you change your credentials in one account, this change will not be reflected in your other V1 profiles.


What are the subscription options?
Currently users have the option of a monthly plan for $9.99/month or an annual plan of $99.99/year.

How do I upgrade my subscription plan
To upgrade your subscription, call our support at (800) 777-7721 and our team of highly trained support specialists will be able to switch your subscription.

If I have V1 Golf, V1 Golf Plus, V1 Pro, does that come with a V1 TV subscription?
At this time, if you would like to be a user of different V1 products you will have to sign up for each product individually and create separate profiles.

What is the difference between V1 Golf Plus and V1 TV?
V1 Golf Plus is our premium golfer app available on iOS and Android at the iTunes App Store and GooglePlay market. V1 TV is an iOS app also available through the Apple app store and is a streaming service where you can view hundreds of lesson, drills and tips videos.


Can I share my V1 TV videos across devices?
While you can access your V1 TV account from multiple devices, you cannot share an individual video from within your subscription to another user, device, or account.

Can I sign into V1 TV from my desktop or my iPhone or iPod?
You can sign into V1 TV from any iOS device that has the app installed.


How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by calling our support team at (800) 777-7721 or emailing us at [email protected] If you would like to speak with a support team member about any questions or problems you are currently experiencing, we would be happy to address those between our hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Do I have access to V1 TV videos after cancelling my account?
If you decide to cancel your subscription to V1 TV, you will no longer have access to the videos in your old account. If you would like to reactivate your account, call or email our support team at (800) 777-7721 or [email protected] and a team member will be happy to get you back on track!
