Change Email and Password (V1 Golf App)

Change or update your existing account information such as the name your account is under, email address, or password.

This support article serves app versions 2.4.3 or earlier. If you have app version 2.4.3 or earlier, please update to the new version of V1 Golf by visiting your app store!

If you're a user with app version 3.0 or greater, please go here for support.

Note: These account changes must be completed through the V1 Sports company website. You cannot edit your account information through the app itself. If you do not know your login information (username and password), skip ahead to the bottom of this article.

  1. Log onto our company website at this link

  2. From here, you can retrieve your password

  3. To change your email, log in with you current email address and click "Update Information"

If you are on a Branded Academy portal:

  1. Find the grey tab towards the top of the page with the option "name/email/pw" and select this tab

  2. From here, you can directly edit your account information. You can fill out any or all of the available text boxes with your current information.

  3. Make sure to save these changes! Click "Accept any changes" under the fourth section towards the bottom of the screen.

If you no longer have access to the email address currently listed under your V1 account, you will need to contact V1 Sports directly by phone or email.
