You’ve recorded or received a student video, and now it’s time to take a look using the V1 Pro app. But before you do, make sure your device has a strong internet connection and that you’ve successfully downloaded the video.

In the event the video is not properly formatted for your device, V1’s server will convert it and you will be instructed to attempt another download.
