Analyzing Video

From your Locker, Stored tab, or Models tab, touch a video to open its preview screen. From here, touch the Analyze button to open the video for analysis.

Use the Play/Pause button to see your video in slow motion.

Use the slider to move the video directly to a desired position.

Step Forward/Back
The Step Forward always advances to the next frame, while the Step Reverse button will seek to the previous video key frame.

Playback Speed
Holding down the Play button allows you select the playback speed. You can pick between 100%, 75%, 67%, 50%, 33%, and 25% playback speed.

Holding down the Step Forward button enables playback while the button is held.

Hide Controls while Viewing
Enabling the Auto-Hide Controls Setting (within the Application Settings) will cause the Analyzer controls to hide when Play is pressed. Touching the screen will cause the controls to return and, 5 seconds later, they will disappear again.

You may draw illustration lines with your finger directly onto the screen. Please see the Drawing article for further details.

Shorten your videos to only show the most important parts of the capture. See further help in our Trim help article.

Share your Video Capture
The "Send" button will allow you to send snapshots and full videos using your email. It will also allow you to post Captured and Imported snapshots and videos to Facebook. If you have the PrintShare app installed, you can also print snapshots.

View Tools
Touch the Tools icon in the upper right-hand corner. Use the Flip button to horizontally mirror the selected video for analysis of left-handed vs. right-handed video.

Compare View
By default, a Single video is displayed. However, you may choose to analyze two videos simultaneously in order to compare before/after progress, or to compare your video to a model video. Please see the Compare topic for further details.

Exit Analysis Mode
To exit analysis mode, touch your phone's BACK button.
