Android Users:

On the second device, make sure you have downloaded your V1 app and are logged in.

If the video you are looking for is stored on one of your devices, but not the device with your V1 app, you can import this video.

Videos captured using V1 Golf, or imported into V1 Golf, are accessible from your Google Drive and will show up if you import that video. Go to Capture, then V1 Capture, select import. You should be able to locate your desired video within Google drive from here.

If you cannot locate your desired video from here, go to the device with the desired video. Export from the app to your Google Drive, sync, and try importing again by following the steps detailed above.

How to export on Android:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Choose "Stored" from your list of options
  3. Find the video you would like to export. It could be under "Captured" for example.
  4. Click "Analyze"
  5. Hit the V1 logo!
  6. Select "Share" and choose "Export video"
  7. Choose from the list of options to where you would like to send this. The above instructions show how to find it after saving it to your Google Drive. If this is where you would like to recover the video, select the Google Drive image that says "save to drive"

iPhone Users:

Videos captured using V1 Golf, or imported into V1 Golf, are saved on your local iOS device by default and will show up in the Videos screen under the Swings tab.

You will notice that the mobile phone icon is colored green. This shows that the video is accessible only from the iOS device you are on. The cloud icon will be grey.

If you would like to access videos from another iOS device with the V1 Golf app, you can upload the video to V1's cloud servers by clicking on the Options Menu (the three vertical dots) for that video. Then click on Save to Cloud.

You'll see an upload page that will countdown as it performs the trimming and upload to the cloud. Times will vary depending on the size of the file and the speed of your cell or wifi internet connection. NOTE: To upload videos from the cloud, or download from the cloud, you need to be connected to the Internet.

Once the upload is successful, you will be taken back to the Videos screen and the cloud icon next to that video will be blue.

You will also notice that in order to Share the video or Send it to a pro (see Sending Video to a Pro article), you must upload the video to the cloud. So every video that you Share or Send will show a blue cloud icon and be accessible from the cloud.

From this same menus, you can also delete videos from the local device or the cloud.
