Tactical Rundown
My app doesn’t look like this?
If you haven’t updated your app, you should do so in your app store. We’ve been hard at work on a brand new V1 GOLF app and can’t wait for you to try it! We’ll be releasing regular updates from here, so check for updates every few weeks or turn on auto update so you always have the latest and greatest version.
Where are my old videos?
If you’re looking for specific drills or model swings and are unable to find them please email us at [email protected]. We removed some older drills and swings in our new app but are happy to add them back in upon request.
If you’re missing your videos after you updated your app you can use the Migrate tool under the Settings tab. As long as both apps were registered with the same email you will be able to move the videos on the old version to the new version. The Migrate tool will move all videos.
Who should use V1 GOLF?
V1 GOLF is intended for golfers who are looking to improve their swing, of all skill levels, ages, and commitment levels. V1 GOLF is not intended to be used by golf instructors, coaches, or facility managers. Please click here for more information on our V1 COACH products.
What is V1 GOLF+?
V1 GOLF+ unlocks features and content in the V1 GOLF app. You don’t need to have a paid subscription to improve, but we know our V1 GOLF+ users use the app more, improve faster, and view more of our content. We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. For more information, click here.

How do I upgrade to V1 GOLF+?
You can upgrade in the app by clicking the Upgrade button in the header.
You can also upgrade on our website, just be sure to use the same email address your account is registered with.
How do I cancel V1 GOLF?
If you are using the free version of V1 GOLF, you can simply delete the app off your phone. If you’d prefer to have your data deleted as well, please contact our support team at [email protected].
If you are using the premium version, V1 GOLF+, and purchased through your app store, please visit your app store subscription management center to cancel. If you purchased through our website, please contact us at [email protected] for cancellation.
How do I change my email and/or password?
To change your password please click Forgot Password? and enter the email used to register your account.
To change your user email please contact us at [email protected].
How do I change my subscription payment information?
If you’ve purchased through your app store, please visit your app store settings to change your payment information.
If you purchased through our website, please contact us at [email protected] for help changing payment information.
If you’re looking to change from monthly to annual or annual to monthly, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
