My app doesn’t look like this?
If you haven’t updated your app, you should do so in your app store. We’ve been hard at work making better versions of the V1 GOLF app and can’t wait for you to try it! Turn on auto update to always have the latest and greatest version.
Where is my lesson?
If you are expecting a lesson and do not see it in your app, first ensure that the email you received the lesson notification with is the same email that you used to sign up for the app. Then, contact our support team in-app for more assistance.
Who should use V1 GOLF?
V1 GOLF is intended for golfers who are looking to improve their swing, of all skill levels, ages, and commitment levels. V1 GOLF is not intended to be used by golf instructors, coaches, or facility managers. Please click here for more information on our V1 COACH products.
What is V1 GOLF+?
V1 GOLF+ unlocks features and content in the V1 GOLF app. You don’t need to have a paid subscription to improve, but we know our V1 GOLF+ users use the app more, improve faster, and view more of our content. We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. For more information, click here.
What is Advanced V1sion?
The Advanced V1sion tier unlocks our exciting new advanced analysis tools, including skeletal tracking, hand trace, and ball trace. Both of these V1sion tools can be applied to a new swing, existing swing, or model swing. Ball Trace works best for Down-the-Line views, while Skeletal tracking can be applied to Down-the-Line and Face On videos. Advanced V1sion is currently only available on iOS devices.

Is there a way to trial the coaching membership?
All subscribed or in-trial users who are not already connected with a coach have access to one FREE QuickFix. Not seeing QuickFix in your app? Contact our support team for help.
How do I purchase the coaching memberships?
In the V1 GOLF app, tap the coaches (3 people) icon in your app menu. If eligible to purchase, you will see your coaching membership options.

How do I video call my coach?
The video call must be initiated by your coach. Use the chat featured to request a video call with them!
How do I remove my connection to a coach?
Contact our support team for assistance.
How do I start a free trial?
New users will be eligible for a free 7 day trial of Advanced V1sion. Existing users who have already used a trial period are not eligible for a new trial in-app. Please contact our support team in-app if you would like a trial and are not eligible.
How do I upgrade to V1 GOLF+ or Advanced V1sion?
You can upgrade in the app by tapping the Upgrade button in the header or by going to Manage Subscriptions in the Settings menu.
How do I cancel V1 GOLF?
If you are using the free version of V1 GOLF, you can simply delete the app off your phone. If you’d prefer to have your data deleted as well, please contact our support team at [email protected].
If you are using the premium version, V1 GOLF+ or Advanced V1sion, and purchased through your app store, please visit your app store subscription management center to cancel.

How do I change my email and/or password?
To change your password, tap Forgot Password? and enter the email used to register your account.

How do I change my subscription payment information?
If you’ve purchased through your app store, please visit your app store settings to change your payment information.
