This support article serves app versions 2.4.3 or earlier. If you have app version 2.4.3 or earlier, please update to the new version of V1 Baseball by visiting your app store!

If you're a user with app version 3.0 or greater, please go here for support.

Videos captured using V1 Baseball, or imported into V1 Baseball, are saved on your local iOS device by default and will show up in the Videos screen under the Videos tab.

Local
You will notice that the mobile phone icon is colored green. This shows that the video is accessible only from the iOS device you are on. The cloud icon will be grey.

Another Device
If you would like to access videos from another iOS device with the V1 Baseball app, you can upload the video to V1's cloud servers by clicking on the Options Menu (the three vertical dots) for that video. Then click on Save to Cloud.

You'll see an upload page that will countdown as it performs the trimming and upload to the cloud. Times will vary depending on the size of the file and the speed of your cell or wifi internet connection.

Cloud

To upload videos from the cloud, or download from the cloud, you need to be connected to the Internet.

Once the upload is successful, you will be taken back to the Videos screen and the cloud icon next to that video will be blue.

You will also notice that in order to Share the video or Send it to a Coach (see Sending Video to a Coach article), you must upload the video to the cloud. So every video that you Share or Send will show a blue cloud icon and be accessible from the cloud.

Delete
From this same menus, you can also delete videos from the local device or the cloud.
